We accept the defective product may be returned or replaced within 30 days from the date of invoice. Prior to returning any product, please contact sales department. The packages without a RMA number will be rejected and returned intact to the Sender.

New equipment returned in original packaging & with all original documentation will be fully credited. Returns out of packaging but in new condition will incur a 20% restocking charge. All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by the technical staff.
